Premeer Real Estate was founded on the premise that investing in our communities is truly investing in our future. We love giving back in three specific ways.
We proudly work hand-in-hand with our 501(c)3, the Premeer Gives Back Foundation, to be the much needed Helping Hands, Advocating Voice and Charitable Funds for our beloved communities!
First and foremost, we love getting out in our community and rolling up our sleeves to help in any way we can. Time is our most precious commodity. When you set aside the time to lend a hand, the results are truly impactful. Plus, we have a blast in the process!
Volunteering in the community leads to being more invested in each and every mission. When you are more invested, you naturally become their advocating voice. We love spreading the word about the good being done in our communities.
For each successful closing, Premeer Real Estate makes a $150 donation in our clients name to the local charity of their choice from our Premeer Gives Back Program beneficiary list. We’re happy to contribute the much-needed monetary assistance to various local charities and organizations in our communities.
Since its debut in 2019, the Premeer Gives Back Program has proudly donated over $100,000 to local charities and organizations on behalf of our beloved clients.
The Ability Bridge Foundation, founded in 2023, is a youth-run nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and support for children with disabilities; they proudly fund unified programs and work to fund resources for special education classrooms to help enhance student learning and inclusion. Their mission is to stop the stigma behind special education and disabilities, inspire others, and bring courage and dedication to their community.

Central Massachusetts Veterans Support Inc was founded in 2023 to support currently serving military members and veterans. They provide food, clothing and personal care items to veterans, active-duty military members and their families. They currently have over 1,100 families enrolled in their food pantry, where veterans can shop once a week (like a grocery store) completely free of charge.

Community Harvest Project is dedicated to engaging and educating volunteers to grow fruits and vegetables for local hunger relief. They are the region’s only volunteer-powered hunger relief farm, where community members don’t just support the mission, they help grow it. From K-12 schools to corporate groups and civic organizations, every volunteer at their Grafton vegetable farm or Harvard orchard makes an impact in the community. For every $1 donated to support their work, they are able to offer 3 servings of healthy, locally grown produce.

Friendly House is a multi-service center that’s been serving the Worcester community since 1920. They support over 5,000 households annually by stabilizing families through food assistance, emergency shelter, youth recreation, and vital social services. Their programs include food pantries, meal delivery to youth organizations, and year-round youth programs like after-school care, teen leadership, youth hoops, and summer camp.

The Izzy Foundation seeks to design spaces and provide services and support to children with cancer and their families by implementing inpatient and outpatient services for pediatric patients at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and beyond. Inspired by Izzy, The Izzy Foundation strives to provide comfort and support through many programs including support groups, ‘It’s My Fight’ celebrations and specifically designed spaces within the hospital for families and patients to enjoy.
