Brian is awesome. We were first tie home buyers looking to put down some roots and have a yard for our awesome kid. He helped us find everything we wanted within our budget, in a compressed timeframe. he spent many weekends with us looking at houses, and giving his opinion when we asked though he tries to not color your view of the house so you can not feel pressured. He got us a nice present of a fire pit and chairs for all 3 of us. He went above and beyond even coming to our house to watch contractors while we were at work. We recommended Brian to friends of ours who are using him to both sell and buy a new place. After everything else Brian is now our friend and I can say enough about him.
