Premeer Real Estate was founded on the premise that investing in our communities is truly investing in our future. We love giving back in three specific ways.
We proudly work hand-in-hand with our 501(c)3, the Premeer Gives Back Foundation, to be the much needed Helping Hands, Advocating Voice and Charitable Funds for our beloved communities!
First and foremost, we love getting out in our community and rolling up our sleeves to help in any way we can. Time is our most precious commodity. When you set aside the time to lend a hand, the results are truly impactful. Plus, we have a blast in the process!
Volunteering in the community leads to being more invested in each and every mission. When you are more invested, you naturally become their advocating voice. We love spreading the word about the good being done in our communities.
For each successful closing, Premeer Real Estate makes a $150 donation in our clients name to the local charity of their choice from our Premeer Gives Back Program beneficiary list. We’re happy to contribute the much-needed monetary assistance to various local charities and organizations in our communities.
Since its debut in 2019, the Premeer Gives Back Program has proudly donated over $100,000 to local charities and organizations on behalf of our beloved clients.
Feed RI transforms surplus food into hope for thousands in RI facing food insecurity. They manage the state’s largest network of school pantries through the Feed the Future Program, operates an inclusive ‘pay it forward’ marketplace named Hope Market, and delivers pallets of food at no charge to community organizations with project “Hope on the Rhode,” all opportunities for youth, Veterans, and older adults to access good food in welcoming, compassionate spaces while building stronger communities.

The Garrison Shop empowers Veterans and First Responders to focus on healing and positive living through motorsport recreational and vocational programs. Through collaborative projects and shared experiences, we extend assistance to our heroes, emphasizing the purposeful power of community support and charity work.

The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation provides free support, education and wellness services to anyone impacted by cancer. They enhance the quality of life for cancer patients and their families provide education and community outreach to the public. Their mission is to inspire hope, faith, strength, courage and determination in their community.

Project Just Because offers 13 diverse, free programs designed to support individuals and families in need. Their largest initiative is a statewide food pantry that serves all communities across MA. These programs aim to provide essential resources, ranging from food and clothing to back-to-school and cancer care baskets. In 2023, they helped 242,932 people with their free programs.

Project Playhouse is a student-run organization dedicated to building dream playhouses for children with serious illnesses in RI & MA. In collaboration with vocational high schools, wish-granting organizations, and generous sponsors, they provide custom playhouses designed and built by trade students, giving them valuable hands-on experience while offering children a special space for healing and fun.
