I am a licensed REALTOR® in Massachusetts and have been doing what I love for many years! I'll be celebrating my 20th year in real estate in 2025.
While working as a librarian in both public and school environments for several years, I was fascinated with the HGTV show House Hunters. That is when I realized my passion for real estate. The first home I sold was my own and I soon came to realize that one of the things I love most is educating consumers about the home buying and/or selling process. Helping buyers and sellers through the emotional roller coaster of real estate is something I am enthusiastic about.
My goal is to be your REALTOR® for life. I want to share my knowledge, expertise, and experience, provide unparalleled service, and be your trusted guide for all your real estate needs. As a seller's agent, I specialize in selling homes in your area including determining the right price to list your home, qualifying buyers, negotiating selling price, legal fees, advertising, paperwork, and complete follow-up with prospective buyers. I also have my SRES designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist and help seniors with their real estate needs.
I am now my ABR designation, Accredited Buyers Representative and I will be your trusted guide to help you make good decisions and minimize risks during the buying process. I will work with you to find the right property for you, while guiding you through the process, securing the best deal, protecting your interests, and safeguarding confidential information. My speciality is working with first time homebuyers.

I am a member of the Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, I was chosen by my peers as the 2023 REALTOR® Choice Award recipient. I am also a member of the West Brookfield Lake Wickaboag Preservation Association, Friends of the Sturbridge Public Library, Amateur Radio Relay League, Swift River Historical Society, The Ruth Wells Cultural Center and became a Certified Skywarn Spotter.. My call sign is KC1TIW. I recently joined the Quaboag Valley Amatuer Radio Club and the YL Amateur Radio Club.
In addition to my real estate business, my husband and I also run the Central Mass Lyme Foundation. It was formed in memory of my Mom, Jeanne Cloutier, who passed from complications with late stage Lyme disease. Our mission is to raise awareness through advocacy and education, and provide resources and guidance that empower and help improve the quality of life of those that are suffering.
