Buying or selling a home can be an exciting period, but it can bring with it anxiety and many questions. The Internet is a great tool, but sometimes the information you find will conflict or bring up more questions.  During these times, there is nothing better than having an actual person in your corner to help you out! Buying that first home or selling your current one when your family is growing has many moving parts. Having a trusted capable Realtor in your corner to advocate for you helps to smooth the process and keep things rolling. When I moved to Rhode Island from Massachusetts, I had a great experience buying a home and learned that first hand.
 
That was when I met Chris Whitten, who would eventually become my friend and founder of Premeer Real Estate! Like most of his clients, I was a referral. I had read a few books trying to figure out what to expect, but using him as a Realtor was vital for me. Maybe it was Chris’s enthusiasm or maybe it was my HGTV addled brain, but I decided to become a Realtor.
 
I went to school at night to get my real estate license while working my other job and then approached Chris asking for a chance. Premeer’s founding principles of helping people with a knowledgeable and upbeat attitude seemed like the natural fit and jived with my sensibilities.  I learned it’s not always easy, but it is always satisfying getting to help folks out during such a big life event. I’m very thankful for these challenges, and I now get to meet great people from all over RI and MA in the process. How cool is that?
 
Of course, life is about balance and I couldn’t juggle everything without the help of my support team at home. My girlfriend, Amanda and our 65- pound “lap dog” keep me motivated and recharged as we build our life together.
